About The Building: Brewery Creek
Built circa 1904, this Class A heritage building was once part of the Deering and Marstrand brewery complex – or Brewery Creek as we like to call it. Inside you’ll find 14 stunning Live/Work Townhomes with exposed brick, stone, and wood beam accents (and that old-school charm) that can be difficult to find in Vancouver. Over the years, this historic address has housed a candy factory, dairy, ice plant, and packing warehouse. Kasian Kennedy Architects completed the rehabilitation and extension to the rooftop monitor in 1993 for Pacific City Land Corp. Many of the homes have been renovated since the original conversion allowing each lucky owner to add their own ideas to this Vancouver landmark.
