About The Building: Captain French
The Captain French is a Gastown classic. This brick and timber heritage conversion was originally constructed in 1910, converted to lofts in the early 90s, and sold completely bare. This left individual owners with complete control over their design and vibe. As you can imagine, all 20 units (on 7 floors) are completely unique, offering mountain and ocean views from most principal rooms, solid brick walls, high ceilings, massive old-growth cedar beams, and plank ceilings throughout. Pets and rentals are allowed with restrictions.
